I have a a BSc (Hons) in Herbal Medicine and am a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists. I have a background in permaculture, first aid and teaching gardening and growing.

I trained for five years in Herbal Medicine in London gaining experience in the dermatology department of Whipps Cross Hospital, Middlesex University Archway Clinic, Westminster University Herbal Medicine Clinic and the University of East London Clinic.

I continue to keep up to date with the latest findings on herbal medicine, attending seminars and lectures as well as keeping a connection with the plants I use as medicine by making many of my own tinctures, creams and ointments, and offering herb walks and teaching workshops.

First consultation £55 – usually takes at least one hour. This will include a full discussion of your health, may involve clinical examination such as blood pressure, and can include nutritional, medical and other lifestyle advice.

Follow up appointments £35 – usually takes approximately half an hour and will include an assessment of how you are progressing, perhaps with alteration of your medicine to tie in with improvements or fine tune the benefits.

Please bring a list of any medication you are currently taking, and blood test results if these are relevant.

Medicine is charged separately at £9 per 100mls of tincture which usually lasts a week, sometimes more. Teas, capsules or ointments are priced individually at similar amounts.
